Quality.
Quality at Power Flux AI is not a department. It is a design methodology. Automated compliance checking, simulation-based pre-validation, structured design review, and IP hygiene are embedded in every step of the AI platform — not added at the end.
Built in.
Not bolted on.
Traditional quality management in power electronics is sequential: design, then verify, then test, then fix. Each fix is expensive. Each cycle costs weeks. Power Flux AI inverts this model: quality constraints are embedded as design rules in the AI platform from the first iteration.
IEEE 519 harmonic compliance is checked in every simulation run. EMI emission prediction flags layout issues before the PCB is fabricated. Thermal margin is verified across the full operating envelope at the design stage. The design that exits the platform is already verified — formal testing becomes confirmation.
This is the source of the 90-day cycle: not cutting corners, but eliminating the discovery-fix loops that make traditional development slow.
"Finding a design error in simulation costs hours to fix. Finding it in a fabricated prototype costs weeks. Finding it after customer delivery costs months and destroys relationships. Our quality system is designed to find everything in simulation."

AI-Enforced Design Rules
Design rules derived from 35+ years of validated engineering encoded into the AI platform. Every topology selection, component sizing, and layout decision checked against the rule base. Non-conformances flagged before the design proceeds.
Pre-Silicon Verification
Every design verified in simulation before hardware build: electromagnetic FEA, thermal FEA, circuit simulation, control loop stability, IEEE 519 compliance, and EMI pre-compliance. Simulation sign-off is a mandatory gate before PCB fabrication.
DVT & Reliability Testing
Prototype hardware verified against design specification through structured DVT. Reliability qualification at ARAI Pune. EMI/EMC pre-compliance before formal certification. First article inspection (FAI) on production hardware before volume release.
HIL Validation & Code Review
AI-FOC firmware validated via HIL before any power hardware build. Structured code review against MISRA-C guidelines for safety-critical applications. Version control via Git with mandatory peer review for all firmware changes.
Standards-Embedded Workflow
IEEE 519-2014, IEC 61000-3-12, UL 61800-5-1, IEC 62477, SIL2, MIL-STD compliance requirements are embedded as design constraints, not checked post-completion. Automated compliance reporting generated at each design milestone.
IP Hygiene & Disclosure
Clean separation from former employers. Formal invention disclosure process at every design review. Patent prosecution managed proactively. No design enters the IP portfolio without a clean ownership chain. IP hygiene is foundational to every customer relationship.
