Pre-compliance EMC testing at ARAI Pune identifies and resolves electromagnetic interference issues before formal certification submission. Formal EMC certification failures are expensive — test house re-booking, hardware re-spin, and schedule delays of 4–12 weeks. Power Flux AI designs EMI mitigation into every PCB layout and power stage from the first iteration using simulation-based EMI prediction, then validates at ARAI Pune before formal submission. The formal certification becomes a confirmation, not a discovery.

Conducted EMI

Conducted Emission Scanning

CISPR 11 and CISPR 32 conducted emission pre-compliance scanning. Line impedance stabilization network (LISN) measurements from 150 kHz to 30 MHz. Identifies switching frequency harmonics and common-mode noise before formal test.

Radiated EMI

Radiated Emission Scanning

Radiated emission pre-scan from 30 MHz to 1 GHz using biconical and log-periodic antennas. Near-field probe scanning for source identification. Root cause analysis and layout correction before chamber testing.

Harmonics

Harmonic Current & Flicker

IEC 61000-3-12 harmonic current measurement for equipment with input current >16A. THDi measurement to IEEE 519-2014. Voltage flicker and fluctuation to IEC 61000-3-3 and IEC 61000-3-11.

Immunity

ESD & Surge Immunity

ESD immunity to IEC 61000-4-2. Surge immunity to IEC 61000-4-5. Electrical fast transient (EFT) to IEC 61000-4-4. Conducted RF immunity to IEC 61000-4-6. Identifies susceptibility weaknesses in control and communication circuits.

Defense

MIL-STD-461 Pre-Scan

Conducted emissions CE101 and CE102. Radiated emissions RE101 and RE102 pre-scan. Identifies non-compliance before formal MIL qualification at NABL-accredited facilities.

Root Cause & Design Fix

Beyond measurement — Power Flux AI engineering team provides root cause analysis and concrete design fixes for every finding. PCB layout changes, filter additions, shielding recommendations, and re-test verification all managed in-house.
