Pre-compliance EMC testing at ARAI Pune identifies and resolves electromagnetic interference issues before formal certification submission. Conducted Emission Scanning
CISPR 11 and CISPR 32 conducted emission pre-compliance scanning. Line impedance stabilization network (LISN) measurements from 150 kHz to 30 MHz. Identifies switching frequency harmonics and common-mode noise before formal test.
Radiated Emission Scanning
Radiated emission pre-scan from 30 MHz to 1 GHz using biconical and log-periodic antennas. Near-field probe scanning for source identification. Root cause analysis and layout correction before chamber testing.
Harmonic Current & Flicker
IEC 61000-3-12 harmonic current measurement for equipment with input current >16A. THDi measurement to IEEE 519-2014. Voltage flicker and fluctuation to IEC 61000-3-3 and IEC 61000-3-11.
ESD & Surge Immunity
ESD immunity to IEC 61000-4-2. Surge immunity to IEC 61000-4-5. Electrical fast transient (EFT) to IEC 61000-4-4. Conducted RF immunity to IEC 61000-4-6. Identifies susceptibility weaknesses in control and communication circuits.
MIL-STD-461 Pre-Scan
Conducted emissions CE101 and CE102. Radiated emissions RE101 and RE102 pre-scan. Identifies non-compliance before formal MIL qualification at NABL-accredited facilities.
