Power electronics product development has been artisanal for 30 years. Knowledge lives in people, not systems. Every project starts from scratch. $2M+ NRE per design with zero reuse across programs.
Power Flux AI’s mission is to build the platform that changes this permanently: AI-driven design automation, a proprietary design corpus built from 35+ years of validated engineering, and digital twin infrastructure that feeds every deployment back into the system.
The mission is not to build one better inverter. It is to build the operating system for power electronics design — so that every engineer on the platform can design better systems faster than was previously possible.

India imports over $2B in power electronics annually from European manufacturers. Indian engineering talent is world-class. The constraint is not capability — it is systematic process. Power Flux AI is building the systematic process.
The vision: a world where the electrification transition — EVs, data centers, HVAC, industrial drives, grid infrastructure — is powered by power electronics designed and built in India. Not at lower quality. At higher quality, at lower cost, with faster delivery.
Electrification cannot happen fast enough without faster, cheaper power electronics development. Power Flux AI is that capability.

Conservative specifications over marketing hype. Every claim is backed by simulation data or measured results. Inflated specifications undermine credibility with engineering buyers. We do not make claims we cannot defend.
IP Hygiene
Clean separation from former employers. Proper invention disclosure processes. Aggressive prosecution of genuinely novel ideas. The IP portfolio is the primary business asset — it must be built on an unimpeachable foundation.
Platform First
Services revenue funds the platform. The platform is the business. Every design decision, every engagement, every workshop — evaluated against whether it builds the platform or merely generates revenue. These are not always the same thing.
Open Source
The toolchain is open source. The methodology is taught openly in workshops. The competitive moat is the AI models, design corpus, and 35 years of encoded judgment — not software lock-in. Openness builds trust and talent pipeline simultaneously.
